Hallo Sabine
Glad to see you are back and trust you enjoyed your short holiday. This is a remarkable close-up shot of the body of a Broad-bodied Chaser. The details are well focused, sharp and well displayed, close to the eye, just the way I like it, as this way one can observe the finer details better. The combination of colours is lovely and the patterns on the body itself remind me of flames from an open fire. Thanks for sharing.

It is really golden beauty and brilliant work from you. I welcome strong cropping of the image and presentation of the most impressive parts of the dragonfly. As usual for your macro shots sharpness and details are outstanding as well as richness and beauty of the colours. Combination of strong sunshine and deep shadows also are wonderful and decorate the image at whole. Superb job. My best wishes.

niezwykłe zdjęcie...szczegóły ciała ważki układają się w kolorową mozaikę. Podobają mi się kolory żółci i brązu na zielonym tle. Ciekawie też wyglądają włoski na grzbiecie i nóżkach co jest zasługą bardzo dobrego DOF.

Off course I like the details, but especially the contrast colors: the gold over the green. Focus on the head part perhaps less colorful, but I am sure it's more complicated and wild performances.
