[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Here is another picture I took from the Black stork in the zoo in Munich. They have a "bird tent" there, where you can walk through an see a lot of different birds. The stork was standing not far away from the path and was looking around. So I was able to make some shots.

I wrote something about Black Stork's in the description of my other picture.

Once again, a very good image. Even a profile shot could generate depth of field problems. But here however there isn't such an issue at all. Furthermore the blacks are well displayed with a lot of detail. The background is everything but distracting and adds to the photo, more specific the isolation of your subject. I like the overall darker colors.

This is my first visit to your gallery and i see that you have a liking for close-ups and macros.They look wonderful each one of them.
Thsi shot is well composed too with good details shwon with the right amount of contrats and lighting.The dark area on that neck could have been a difficult one to egt the right exposure.I love the red captured around that eye and on the beak.Well done.
