No wonder my great grandmother was never surprised by such view in winter..She came from the SW part of Germany near the Black forest...at age 18 she came over here 1989..this is my paternal, my maternal came over 1600's...Very nice shot and a good insight into the winter type of aviary and colours..

A very colourful capture from last winter, the colours of the male Bull Finch calling in the BG and the Goldfinch suit the festive season well. I like the title!
The Goldfinch is nice and sharp and I like the OOF Bullfinch with both in a fine composition.
