[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Enjoying today´s nice weather i went for a walk around
the Decksteiner Weiher here in Cologne - nothing
special there though, just the usual Mallards, Swans,
Herons, Coots and Moorhen.

Here you can see 2 Mallards (Anas platyrhynchos),
1 Eurasian Coot (Fulica atra) and 1 Common Moorhen
(Gallinula chloropus) peacefully together in the sun.

A nice composition,you were lucky with the weather I see,looks almost like a summer picture,here cold,grey and wet today,but tommorrow some better,not so often that you see them mixed up like this,well captured and tfs

Hi Thorsten, great shot of this range of water fowl. Very rare to see both Moorhen and Coot in the same area - they usually fight. You caught great light with a good exposure and a very nice pov. Nice colours and good compositon.

I like to see the variety of birds enjoying the autumn sun!
