Nice and extremely well composed macro shot. You POV is unique and expressive also as well as the sharpness, details and true colours of the spider. Very nice magnification ratio. Perfect DOF and exposure. My compliments, best wishes and TFS.

danke für diese speisende Spinne. Hast dieses Tier sehr gut getroffen. Ich hätte das Bild evtl. um 90.0 Grad gedreht - ist aber Geschmacksache. Bildaufbau sehr gut, sehr gute Schärfe und Tiefenschärfe und ein sehr schöner Hintergrund. Ich würde mich sehr freuen auch demnächst wieder Fotos von Dir zu sehen. Ansonsten bleibt mir nur übrig Dir und Deiner Familie ein Glückliches und Gesundes Neues Jahr zu wünschen.

Golly this is nice. I don't like spiders, but this kind of photo can make me change my mind. The focus is perfect and the background makes the spider and its web stand out very well as it sits typically in the centre of the web.
I like your photo very much.

Hi stranger

It sure is one beautiful macro of this interesting arachnid with all those mottled colours.

The composition and POV is great with the spider sitting in a very natural position. The colours are splendid and the BG is absolutely amazing, well removed, totally OOF, and complimenting the subject. The details are superb and the f/16 aperture really gave you the full range of the DOF. Your fill-in flash worked wonders for the exposure levels.

Another one of you specialily - the garden or cross spider...and what a nice and big specimen it is :)
Also very nice timing - capturing it while having lunch.
I really like the very clear and sharp details here, the great lighting and the lovely vertical composition.
Also the POV and DOF are impeccable, as well as the charmign colors and patterns on it's body.
Great work, my friend!

wenn ich Spinnen auch nicht mag, vom fotofischer Ansicht sieht sie super aus. Die Perspektive ist sehr gut gewaehlt und durch den Schaerfeverlauf hast du prima Bildschaerfe erlangt. Die Schaerfe und die Farben sind prima.
