Alternate Names: Diamond Firetail, Diamond finch, Diamond Sparrow.
Size: This species normaly ranges about 5 in (13 cm).
Origin: The Diamond Firetail originated from the central west to southeastern regions of Australia. Numbers are greatly declining in its native land. |

Excellent detail, sharpness and exposure. Beautiful coloured bird, I would have liked to have seen the feet in the image though.

Anothers excellent capture.Sharp image with beautiful colors.I like the catchlight in the eye.To bad the feet are missing but it is still a nice capture .
