A magnifiecnt capture! What a beautiful macro shot!
I really the fact that you took this one from a frontal POV - it gives an excellent angle for the entire action.
Also the DOF here is impressive at this level of magnification and it keeps all the essential elements in great focus.
Charming colors and very good flash work, too.

This is a really close up, never better called!
It's pretty amazing the close distance and the focus got, managed pretty well the DOF, with this close distance to the subject.
You got great details on the insect being ate.

It looks like a mint desert.
It is a very lovely close up photo, DOF is great taking into account the magnification level and you got a perfect eye contact with this agressive predator :)
About exposure, I think you could have postprocessed a bit to lower the highlights on the face, I tryed to show you in a WS what I mean, but with low res is difficult to make a fine work.
