A very good capture of this bird!
I like your upwards POV and the clear details got on its plumage.
Perhaps it would be useful to crop the image a little at the left side, to avoid that bright light spots there.

The bird is wonderful. Good colours, POV, sharp. The white spots in the BG are disturbing. I would have cropped the photo or a bit green cloning over the white spots. But very nice bird.
