Hi Friedich, and welcome too!
This is SO cute. It is a pity it is a bit overexposed. Some hue/satutation and levels could cure some of this. This is the first picture I have seen of a baby tit- which one of your 9? species is this? The cuteness factor is more than the nits here for me.

Hallo bei TN, Friedrich! Very cute posing of this young tit, and good to have some open space at the left of your photo for the bird to look into. Good definition in the plumage, just a very small white area below the bill seems a bit overexposed. Nice start, looking forward to seeing more of your photos.
