Hi Tobias!

Nice picture and the prove that young people also are interested in nature! You made your good action by saving that lovely hedgehog, there are too many killed by our cars.

I agree with MMM when he says that the composition is not perfect. I also would like to have a bit more space around the animal. Not too much, in order to keep the well captured details.

I wish you many nice meetings like this one!

Hallo Tobias,

Eine sehr gute Aufnahme! Soweit ich weiss ist der Igel meistens in der nacht aktiv. Du hattest glueck gehabt ihn bei Tag zu treffen. Schade dass die Sonne nicht auf sein Gesicht scheint!
Die Zusammensetzung ist nicht schlecht, aber ein bisschen zu eng. Warscheinlich wuerde ein wenig mehr freier Raum vor dem Tier auch nicht stoeren. Sehr interessant wie er seine Beine in die Stacheln eingezogen hat. Ich glaube er hat sich bedroht gefuehlt. Schoen dass ihr ihm geholfen habt schneller in den Wald zu kommen. Aber viel schoener ist es zu wissen dass auch junge leute wie Du und Jonas interesse in Natur und Photography habt.

Hi Tobias.
You are lucky that you have met this charming creature. You managed to take a very nice shot and present this animal very well. My modest experience (I have met hedgehog only once) tell me to use a flash. I took some shot and the best (more sharp and detailed) were taken with flash. By the way. The ears of yours are more large then ears of mine. My best regards and TFS. Well done.

What a super close-up of this little Hedgehog.
I like the way he's curled up looking at you suspiciously! Excellent details and I like the glimpse in the eye. It's a bit dark but I notice that Marhowie has given you some advice there. Well done though!
