Mallards can be really mean sometimes.
While i was at the rhine in the morning, looking for
some flying mallards, these two started a fight.
First they were on the shore biting each other and then
they continued in the water, so fierce, i almost feared
that the one would drown the other. so i went a little
closer to scare them a little and make them stop.

Great action capture. The detail, DOF, colors, and exposure look very good..

I've seen this before too..At times it looked like a drowning was in progress :)

Hi Thorsten.
I like very nice action picture of two beautiful ducks. Quality of the shot is great. Colours are wonderful and rich, sharpness is ultimate. I also like excellent DOF and details of the entire scene. Well done and TFS.
