Local distribution: Asia

Unfortunately I found nothing interesting in the Web over the Ideopsis Inventa. It resembles very strong the Idea leuconoe.
- can you help me?

Hello Heinz

Is this really the colour of this b'fly? Wow.. it is amazing! I would have given some more space the the right hand side to give the wing more room. Focus is a wee bit soft, but the POV and the array of colours in the shot are a pleasure to view. Nicely done. Thanks.

Hi Heinz!
your butterfly are wonderful! It's one the most beautiful part of nature ;-)

Hey Heinz,

Very nice shot. Good colors. Well done

very good camera that 7000. The strongest from this camera is the button for the supermacro on the camera self. Very good photo Heinz,
I think personal that you must left a little more space between the frame and the wing, farther, good in ov and exelent details, good job,
gr. Jaap

Hello Heinz,

This is a very nice shot. Colors are great and the POV is good. I agree with Pam that the focus is a wee bit soft and I think the BG is a little 'busy'. The colors on the flower are amazing. Well done & TFS!

Regards,
Pieter

Great shot Heinz. Is that a Lantana flower it is perched on? The sharpness is great and I love the composition.

Very well done and thanks for posting

Very good side view of the butterfly and the flower Heinz. Focus can be a wee-bit sharper, but with the magnificent colours and composition, it's well seen.
TFS.

Nice shot. Striking contrast between the colors of the butterfly and the flower. Focus a bit soft and, as others have said, the framing is a bit tight. But on the whole a very good shot.

Heinz, there seems to be noise on the background, but, apart from that, this is a very beautiful shot.

Excellent and vivid colors; great pov and composition.

A great image.

Nicely captured Heinz,
This certainly looks like a White tree Nymph (Idea leuconoe) to me. The focus is a touch soft and the BG a bit noisy. A great POV and well captured.
Thanks for posting

A bit soft around the wing tips and its appears quite noisy to me too. Sorry no rating but I'm not going to give away points like everyone else seems to do unless I honestly believe an image warrants it.

Regards
Matt
