A crisp picture with , and an informative note on the picture. We have a bird in india called "Tickels Blue" with the same colors !!.

I would love to take such kind of pictures.
By the way do you use any kind of hide while taking bird pictures , just curious to know.

Hi Sabine, I love this shot and, since I'm currently trying to get a decent shot of a Nuthatch myself, I'm quite jealous! Getting a pair together is just beautiful, shows off the pose they strike very well. Your DOF is spot on, its sharp and you got a catch light in the eyes of both birds.
