Hi Sabine
A year at TN and you celebrate it with a fly? Ok, I must admit, a darn cute little fly and so beautifully captured by your 'macro' lens. A big CONGRATULATION from within my heart. Now the next one is just around the corner, and the next, and the...and so forth. And yes, not only is it sticking out its tongue, but I think I also saw it winking at you.
Your composition is great and the colours are absolutely stunning especially those crazy red eyes. Actually the workshop is even better. The whopping DOF at f/22 have allowed you to capture amazing details. That’s definitively one of the advantages of having an f/2.8 lens. The BG is fabulous and the exposure was brilliantly handled with the fill-in flash.

Excellent detail. Wow, at first I thought I'd like to hang this up in the kitchen, but I don't think that will go down very well at home. Great colors and sharpness (though any sharper would be too sharp)

Hallo Sabine,
Dieses Bild lädt zu längerem Anschauen ein, da die Details gut zu erkennen sind. Außer den riesigen Augen lässt sich mit ein bisschen Fantasie auch ein Nase und ein Mund erkennen.
Die Farben sind kräftig aber natürlich.
