You have beautiful brownish garden spider and i have the orangy one! This is the difference :-) That shed made your compositions impressive, looks great with that brown coloured spider! Superb photo!

die ist wirklich imposant - und die Schärfe ist unwahrscheinlich, man kann die Haare zählen - nur nicht die Augen - das hab' ich noch nie geschafft nachzuzählen, wieviele Augen diese Biester haben - aber das liegt wohl daran, daß ich vor ihnen ein wenig Angst habe. Brrrr, wenn die sich bewegen bin ich weg!!! Bislang sprang noch keine durch den Bildschirm, also schau' ich sie mir in Ruhe an, vielen Dank und Gruß

Hi Thorsten
This is a fine capture of this little arachnid that seems to be ready to pounce at the slightest hint of danger.
The POV is excellent for this horizontal composition, the colours are perfectly natural, the details are superb from the tip of its legs to the rear of the body (great DOF), the BG enhances the creature, and the exposure was well balanced.
