A new week - a new problem.
Hello friends, I have not the ID for this wonderful bird. :-(
I think this is a Falconidae.

Falconidae
The family Falconidae includes about 60 species of diurnal birds of prey, notably the falcons and caracaras. They differ from other Falconiformes in killing with their beaks instead of their feet. They have a "tooth" on the side of their beak for the purpose.

I would say it's a common buzzard(buteo buteo).

This is an immature Harris' Hawk Parabuteo unicinctus. The chestnut red-brown on the shoulders is diagnostic. More information, and a stunning series of photographs, here. Nice portrait, but I would have probably done a little more work on the background on the left side?
