10 cm spannweite, nicht schlecht, dass du denn dann noch ganz
auf´s photo bekommen hast..*gg*
tolles macro, sabine, und das hast du uns jetzt über ein 1/2
jahr vorenthalten - gut, dass wir es doch noch zusehen
bekommen, denn die farben sind wirklich einmalig.
perfekt erwischt den großen flattermann.

Bonita macro Sabine con muy buen DOF y foco que a pesar del POV obtenido abarca la totalidad del insecto.
Buenos colores, aunque se percibe el uso del flash con adecuado fondo y encuadre.

Hallo Sabine,
diesen Falter habe ich gestern noch "life" gesehen. Dieser Bursche ist ein richtiger "Zappel-Phillip" - schwer zu fotografieren. Am 1.11. ist letzter Tag. Dann wird die Heizung heruntergefahren. - Schade.
Dein Foto super. Ein richtig schöns Portrait vom Graphium Agamemnon. Tadellose Schärfe, Tiefenschärfe, hervorragender Bildaufbau und natürliche Farben. Eine sehr gute Arbeit. Danke Dir. Ich wünsche Euch ein schönes Wochenende.

What a wonderful macro shot, the composition is very nicely presented and the pose is just perfect as it shows us the beautiful shape of the Tailed Jays wings, the detail is perfect and the colours are very vibrant and beautiful also with a great frame that perfectly compliments the image.

What a splendid butterfly! Its colors and contrast is absolutely breathtaking!
Excellent POV and timing here - catching it with its wings wide opened, impecable lighting and DOF - with it is full focus.

You have no idea how happy I was to this butterfly today. :)

I took a photo of one in a butterfly house nearly a year ago. I had no idea what species it was. Now I know... :)

The exposure and details is very good. Somehow the fact that the insect is looking away from you lessens the impact. I believe a more top down or view from the front would have ammended that. It is still a very good photo. And the one that gave me the most joy for quite some time... :)
