Caddis fly:
Like many insects also this caddis fly can be found in this warm autumn, especially thr octobre.
The light where this caddis fly sat was very bad, so there was an F-Stop of 3,5, also with an ISO-Speed of 400.
On the original picture (this here has another cutout) there was the non-sharp stone in the foreground much bigger and disturbed a bit. We (me and my Dad) tried to better this with turning the photo by ten degrees and taking another cutout.
It´s not easy to find the identify of this caddis fly because there are many species which look very similar.
Maybe someone can help me?

- Shutter-Speed: 1/40
- F-Stop: f/3,5
- ISO 400
- no tripod/ hand-held
- natural dark light
- no flash

Hi
Beautifull photo of caddis fly. Very good sharpnes and nice buckground color. I only regret that there is a stone on foreground. But we can put the blame on the insect. It didnt know how to pose in a perfect way :-)
Best wishes
Krzysztof

Hi Fabian,
Gut gehalten!
Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße

Hello Fabian,
I never knew a Caddis fly had such beautiful wings - but now you've shown us in this very sharp shot. Pity about the disturbance in the foreground, but with our modern wonderful technology it can be cloned away (but perhaps TN doesn't approve of that?)
Thanks, Ulla

Guten Abend Fabian,
Alles Gute, Peter
