[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
my information is from older presentation of this type:

Free populations Rose-ringed Parakeet/Psittacula krameri, present itself hardly in the past few year in Greece
The family of parrots was not represented the last thousands years in the European space
(fossils have been found in France by the period of Miocene).
Nevertheless certain types invade recently as fugitives having it creates even reproductive colonies in Europe.
One and is not formally immigratory bird is considered impossible his arrival
from the tropical regions via immigratory movements.
Nevertheless, because it is known as “animal of company”
we can suppose that his free European populations
emanated from accidental or even thougtfully releases of captured birds.

Perhaps the metal post, you surprises,
should not we forget that the wild life is found around us, has been included in the human ecosystem,
a way to continue existing.

This photo is from the environmental park Tritsi in Athens,
it constitutes one from the last shelters of wild life in the urban environment of Athens.

thank you for your visit in my collection

have a nice day

Hello Nasos,
A fine and tender capture of a pair of Ringed-necked Parakeets. The timing and POV are great and taken with fine sharpness against a blue sky..
I would be very pleased if they 'invaded' Sweden.
Thanks and have a good weekend,
Ivan
