Hi Paul.
I see you fill up your lens set. My congratulations. Superb lens and TC. Now you can use so short exposure time. This is key of moon shooting success. Some days ago I applied such shutter speed with my Minolta 100-400, 2x TC (FL-800 mm) and used ISO 1600 (max aperture value only f/13). Image was very sharp and large. Your shot is blameless and must be at your collection. My best wishes and TFS.
Alexei.

Hi Paul,
Great details of the ground. Contrast and focus are excellent. A big shot!
