is this my house?
you well came again,
the village Kerkini (next to the lake Kerkini)
it is from the parts in northern Greece
where each spring more than 100 storks they come in their nests,
(usually in the columns of current or in the roofs from the belfries)
we would name him easily the village of storks,
the stork keeps his old nest, that repairs him simply,
in the photograph it remembered him precisely again,
I am glad for the days where we will pass joint
enchanting sentiment, when you hear the blow that they make their beaks,
(erotic invitation)

From Wikipedia:
The White Stork/Ciconia ciconia is a large wading bird in the stork family Ciconiidae,
It is a huge bird, 95-110 cm tall, with a 180-218 cm wingspan
and a weight of 2.3-4.5 kg.
White storks breed in open farmland areas with access to marshy wetlands,
building a stick nest in trees, on buildings, or special platforms.
Because it is viewed as bird of good luck, it is not persecuted,
and often nests close to human habitation.
In southern Europe, storks' nests can be seen on churches and other buildings.
It often forms small colonies.
Like most of its relatives, it feeds mainly on frogs and large insects,
but also young birds, lizards and rodents.
The white stork is almost silent except for the noisy mutual bill-clattering
when adults meet at the nest.

Dear Nasos!

Thank you for this beautiful picture of a stork. I like the dynamics in the picture very much and it's impressive to see how the whole bird is tending to the nest where it's going to land. The exposure data explain the great sharpness.

Kind regards

Markus

Excelente y oportuna captura Nasos. Un ángulo difícil y bien resuelto. Preciso enfoque al motivo.
Esta especie es aquí muy abundante.

Hi Nasos,
your action oriented capture here gives a very good dramatic suspense of having to brake in a sudden speed. That what i feel.
Very sharp and clear shot with lovely colours still seen in clarity.
The composition with the soft blue sky really make this one lovely, but the red legsand beak are motre excitings.

Regards,
Foozi
