Hello Nasos,
An amazing shot, on my screen it looks almost 3-dimensional. I suppose the different textures of grasses and dark plumage of the bird produce this effect.Very good light-management and pleasing decentred composition. We can see very well the red eye of Fulica atra.

HiNasos.

A nicely composed shot, the coot is not the easiest of birds to photograph due to it's colour, you hae managed it well showing the plumage well. Good dof makes the bird stand out in the grass.

Hi Nasos,

A wonderful shot of this beautiful Coot. The blacks and whites are perfect. I'm amazed at the fantastic details of the black plumage and the black eye sparkling even though it is surrounded by black feathers. I love the grassy setting, the composition and the framing.

really a lovely catch here. The grass gives a very good effect and it is so graphical too, The dark bird in a green backgroubd really give a stunning view.

i also love that it is at his level, very fine framing
with leaving a very good space infront of it, fine focus,
you managed your camera superbly to get details of the
dark plumage, the catch-light render the photo more beautiful,
