Baby Elaphe quatuorlineata found early at night.
Elaphe quatuorlineata is a big and strong balkan snake, sometimes upgrows to 2.50m. It is non venomous and harmless. Comparing other species, E.quatuorlineata is a gentle snake and very easy to handle.
In the photo you can see its juvenile colours, as if it grows it takes a completely different form of a grey-brown colour and four dark lines-stripes running all over its length, but no spots. |

Hello Ilias, wonderful shot of this baby with nice details. TFS and G's,
Mehmet
Hi Ilias.
Great sharp detail on the head of this snake seeing the eye and the tongue, the flash is slightly harsh on the whites. Wonderful composition with the bulk of the body right over on the edge of the frame and part of the body and head curving into the frame. Great shot.

Oldukça etkleyici bir kare olmuş.
