The Barn Swallow/Hirundo rustica adult male
in Greek stavlohelithono(stavlo:stable-helithoni:swallow)

Is 17–21 cm long with extension of tail 3–7 cm,it has a wingspan of 32–34.5 cm and weighs 16–22 g.

Common summer visitor and migrant in Greece.
Very frequent in the lake, it prefers the regions perimetrically,
that graze the buffalos,because a lot of incisions.
It deserves you observe it when flies with speed above water,
very difficult the photographing in flight.
