I'm so glad that I opened this shot as it cannot be appreciated from the thumbnail.
I have never seen anything like it before! It is so well camourflaged, it's a wonder you ever saw it!
What superb details of this amazing insect.
I love how you have composed it on a diagonal across the frame and made it stand out so well with the narrow dof.

Hello Catherine,
This plant is known for me but grasshopper isn't. Very interesting shape have this species. Good sharpness and colours. This small insect is visible very well.
