The best way to shoot a snake imho is when a short-toed eagle is eating it in mid-air (tho I humbly admit there is great snake pictures on here). this is the only bird i took pictures of in a week on Chios. Great for orchids, not so much for birds..got to lesvos for that ;)

Hi Jeroen. This is a fine inflight shot of the eagle with its meal. Good detail in the open wings. It stands out so well from the clear blue skys. well done TFS.
