European bee-eater (Merops apiaster) in full-colour splendour.
I was happy to encounter a flock of these wonderful birds last sunday in Northern Greece. The birds are migrating right now and I was lucky, because two hours later they had already moved about one mile to the north.

Hi Ivo
Wildlife photography is to be on the right place @ the right time :) Only thing which I can ad is with right equipment and knowing how to use it.
This bird look to exotic to be called European :)
