Hello everyone,

My yesterday's upload, a photo with fired flash about the fungus specie Bolbitius vitellinus received different feedback. Someone fully liked it, while others didn't so. What to do in this case?
1. Learning from the critiques
2. Looking for an image in the personal archives to satisfy those people who didn't fully like the previous pic :)

On this shot You can again check out some Bolbitius vitellinus, although the perspective is impossible to identify the specie from. So, try to trust me. :) These are older specimens, which I captured a few weeks ago on Dédes Tower. For a link about the specie, please click my previous image.

Title: it's a little joke, concerning to my previous photo linked above. And also concerning to the great Italian metal band Resurrecturis, whose music I like a lot, and whose special double cassette I released through my indie metal label "Backwoods Productions" in 1999. Their first demo tape in 1995 was out with the title "No Flesh Shall Be Spared" - I only changed one letter. :)

Greetings, László

Hi Laszlo,i'm always there to give you my best compliments, this is another fanatstic shot whit a great choice of point of view as only you made!!!Veruy very great, have a nice Sunday,Luciano

Hello Laszlo.
This is an excellent post, remarcable exposure to get this bright stems clearly and the moody enviroment perfect.
If I learnt someting in TN, it is how different our tastes are. For example complex backgrounds like the ones you often offer us, usually tend to distract the attention of the viewer and most people feel the photos are too "heavy". I get more critics when I post a totally blured BG, but I like much more the "enviromental" BGs like the one you post.
The same happens with light, colour saturation, etc, each one of us have different tastes and furthermore, see the colours and lights in a different way, so my recomendation is to post whatever you like.
Best regards, Felipe.

Hi my dear Laszlo ,

Kind regards

Hello László. I can imagine how low do you have to get in capturing this. Your intro photo is a good indication. Stunning perspective in pleasant detail of the gill. Thanks for sharing and best regards. Jusni

Hello Laszlo,

I like the lines created by the curving stems, as they really add to the composition!
The usual fine details in the mushrooms as the close-up work is well done, sharp fine details on the blurry back...

Greetings,
Pablo -

Hi Laszlo,
Like Felipe,I can appreciate both blurred backgrounds and being able to see the environment too.
The stems are nice and clear, but loks like you were just beginning to get out of focal range at the gills.
Still a very pleasant shot to look at though.
Very nice work indeed.
Cheers
Steve

Hi Laszlo

Great POV and sharpness. I do like the OOf forest background too. The left one must be a lady with curves like that :).

Hi Laszlo, A fine composition with excellent clarity of the subject and DOF effect. I like the result very much. TFS Murray.

PS thanks for your likely ID of the Singapore fungi which looks like a plate, much appreciated.
