It breeds in wetlands in northern parts of Europe and Asia. The global population is in the region of 210,000-250,000, with the vast majority nesting in Russia and Scandinavia. Hi Joska,very is a little noise in the sky,but the moment is very very impresive,not easy to find and take so perfectly a group of grus grus like that,the sharpness is fantastic,the choice of time of exposure was decisive and make a difference.My best compliments,have a nice day,LUCIANO
