Dendrobates azureus is a type of poison dart frog found in South America, specifically in the Sipaliwini District in Suriname. Dendrobates azureus is widely known as the Blue Poison Dart Frog or by its Tirio Indian name, Okopipi. It takes its species name from the fact that it is colored azure.

You present us a colourful picture! The contrast between the blue of the frog and the brown tones of the background is delightful, the colours are complementary. Moreover, the fact that it is a very strange creature adds to the value of the picture. It's a very pleasant and interesting posting.

What an incredible colour this frog is, I have never seen one like this before. the image is nicely balanced with good detail. small shame he is not turned slightly more towards us to show his eyes.
