Forest scene with mushroom
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This nice fungus is Macrolepiota procera, an often picked and very delicious mushroom, which can be found on fields and in the forest, too.
"Macrolepiota" genus is having 11 species in Europe (taken from the book series "Urania, World of Plants and Animals", from the book "Inferior Plants"). On the other continents I don't know, but You can surely find it on Wikipedia. |

Hello Laszlo !
This is a wonderful picture ! The fungi in FG is excellent, with nice sharp details, and I love the beautiful forest landscapein the BG. The vegetation covering the floor is nice too. Natural colors, excellent low POV, but maybe it would have been better if the fungi was more at the right sie or the left side of the picture, insted of the middle. Just my opinion, still a wonderful shot. Very well done !
valerie.
this shot looks like it was taken with velva film .. super contrast and the greens really pop.. I agree with valy67 about the placement of the mushroom .. a tad to the left would be nice .. but I also like the center so that is not a reall big thing .. but I would remove the rounded border --
Hello Laszlo,
Good capture of the mushroom and its habitat!
Interesting to see how the subject streches above the plants, and the close-up work is well done...
Good details and fine colours in a well composed presentation!
Greetings,

Absolutly beautiful view of this microphone and its enviroment, the oak forest floor is beautifully covered in green and you took a great advantage of the scene with the low POV.
Lovely capture, great work.
PD: I would have personally lowered a bit yellow saturation but it is only a personal taste, the shot is awsome :)
Regards, Felipe.

Hi Laszlo,
this one is so well grown in isolation. The surrounding creepers and leaves really make it beautiful and attracticve one.
The sharpness is number one and the lighting really enhances it..Well presented in natural scenery.

Foozi
Amazing shot. Great DOF and wonderful proportion. I like the way it has almost 3 tones of green to it. Very beautiful shot. TFS Laszlo
