| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Hi! An often photographed specie from me today: Coprinus comatus. You can find infos about it HERE.
What's left from Wikipedia:
1. Although C. comatus is edible when young, before and after eating You can't drink alcohol at all, because of some compounds of the mushroom mixed with alcohol causes heavy emesis and diarrhoea.
2. This mushroom specie can easily be "domesticated" in Your garden, by throwing its pieces.
I dedicate this photo to bobcat, due to his interest on my work and his always constructive criticism. |

Hello Laszlo,
Very interesting shot, showing well both: the mushroom and its habitat. I like very much good use of DOF here. Amazingly deep as for aperture 2.8. I guess you used a very wide angle.
Best greetings & TFS!
Michal
Hi Laszlo,
I didn't know that there were so strange mushrooms.
Great shot
Take care

Hello Laszlo,
This one is new to me!
Seems like Hungary has a wide variety of mushroom, to the delight of those picking or just photographing...
This is a fine point of view, great details in the subject, DOF spot on and a good feeling of depth!
Greetings,
Pablo -
This is heaven!
One of my favourite edibles in an imaculate stage, and such a beutiful forest at the back... only my camping stove is missing, not in the photo, of course :)
Lovely again.
Hi and Good Morning Baratom,
Wonderful macro. You've managed your camera settings perfectly as usual. The clarity is amazingly sharp, and the focus looks perfect also. Inspirational shot MF. Thanks a lot once more that i learnt an additional mushroom thanks to you.
TFS and have a great day!
Cheers,
Bayran
