[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi!

Continuing my Southern Bükk trip (which I didn't want to create a travelogue from, because it was a one-day journey), and again with a mushroom group... This time the photographed specie is Marasmius oreades, which is very common all over the world from May to October. Growing only on fields, often in rings. I found this little group on a field named "Szaduszka" (don't ask for translation, this doesn't mean anything even in Hungarian), a few kilometers from the village named Cserépváralja, and quite closed to the famous Stone Valley.

The difficulty in capturing a little field fungus like this is not that You have to lie to the wet grass (it was raining that time, but nothing serious), but You have to remove all those countless grassblades which lies between Your camera and the focused area and may seriously ruin the image. And sometimes You manage to fully do that, sometimes don't...

Good capture of this troop of field fungi.
Good low-down POV, you trimmed the grasses nicely.
Maybe to much grass above the mushrooms, but that's just my opinion.
Good sharpness.

My photo eauipment includes "scissors"... I am not joking, anyone who ever photographed fungi, knows that you must spend more time "gardening" than taking the photo :)
This specie is very valued in some places of spain, they dry it and include it as in sauces, also grinded as condiment.
As always a very clear capture, taking to the limit exposure to get best details.
Great work, this specie needed to be in this site and I dont remember seing it until know, so thanks.

How cute this group of little fungi, so fresh and beautiful. Excellent sharpness and very good job with the surrounding herbs. I know perfectly how difficult is that.
