Hi,
Yesterday i have been in passing thru Hungary.
With this ocasion i have visited also Hortobagy National Park (more about here).
The crane migration just started so was really a show (a least for me).
In today photo is a male of Lestes parvidens (Eastern Willow Spredwing)(for the first time here on TN, from what i have seen). A common species at home in Romania and in general a souther species comparing with Lestes viridis (Western Willow Spreadwing) (a species more common in the north).
A not really know species in biology, etology and distribution.
The photo is not perfect but was extremely windy, and because this is a first here...
More photos from the same day here here.
Hope you like this,
