[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Early morning catch, just captured in the first sunlight from the photografic tent. Wake up at 4:30, pack the tent, wait for first light when birds start to look for fish. Unfortunately just few minutes after this shot, just after sunrise the light was gone behind the clouds and there were people coming around the pond, so all birds went away.

When you want to make photos in Hortobagy National park, it is necessary to buy day ticket in Hortobagy village. And there is necessary to buy extra ticket when you want to go to Halaszto (big fish pond) run by local fishers. But the money was wort to pay, as there are almost no other people at these private ponds who would disturb birds.

Hi Lenka. Very good timing to capture the beautiful bird ith its catch. I like the early mornig warm light this has givem a warm glow to the fine close up. Which you have taken with fine detail and colours. well done TFS.

What a great shot! You were there just in time. The warm light is so beautiful! Excellent sharpness and details. And what a fish! Splendid scene. Fantastic low POV and DOF in a good composition.
