[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
When hiking back to the campsite on our last day on the island, we had to walk through a puffin colony on the old volcano rim. With the soon to be setting sun the colors were great!

Beautiful colors and detail and lovely Setting. Excellent DoF. Love the colors in the foreground.

It might benefit from a little adjustment in contrast/brightness and a bit of judicious sharpening. Also, you might try cropping to put the Puffin a little more off center. I've done a workshop to demonstrate, hope you don't mind.

Destaca en esta toma una excelente luz apagada que da mucho interés al rojo del pico y las patas así como al suelo, que es precioso. Muy bien el pecho pero carente de limpieza en la parte trasera del cuerpo. Buen encuadre.

Ten eerst van harte welkom op TN. Ik hoop dat je deze site ook zo super gaat vinden en dat we veel mooie foto's en kritiek van je mogen zien. Je bent zeker begonnen met een erg mooie foto van een prachtige vogel. Het zachte light en de perfecte scherpte diepte is super. De foto kan iets meer scherpte gebruiken, iets wat je verliest bij het verkleinen van de foto, en de vogel had iets meer uit het midden gemogen. Maar verder een pracht foto.

Welkom op TN,dit is inderdaad een mooie opname van een mooie vogelsoort,zelf ben ik ook diverse malen (met een schip) op de vestman (heimay) geweest,het is daar nauwe haveningang,maar prachtig om binnen te komen varen,groetje en hoop meer van je werk te zien

Erg mooie foto om mee te beginnen. Van harte welkom op TN. Mooi licht op de borst, kop en het veld. Goede achtergrond en diepte in de foto. Na de workshop van Finland in Eton is hij nog mooier. Ik hoop nog veel foto's van je te zien.
