[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken from road no. 32 through Ţjórsárdalur (Bull River Valley :P ), this photo shows a landscape not too familiar to me (an Icelander). But maybe that's just because (sadly) I, like so many others, haven't spent enough time outside the city I live in. The depicted mountain is called Skriđufell, and in the lower left corner of it you see what I believe to be the cliff Dímon. Between Mt. Skriđufell and the road, in the direction of south-west, there's a very nice camp site. Not a bad idea for those interested in seeing for example Háifoss or Hjálparfoss waterfalls or the Viking settlement at Stöng, all of which are in the valley and very interesting/beautiful.

I was on my way home (Reykjavík) from work (Hrauneyjar) when I crossed this beautiful and unusual view.
