| This one is set in one of my favorite places....Donegal,Ireland. I took this shot of the pretty yellow and orange flowers of the Birdfoot Trefoil growing upon the side wall of an old stone bridge over the River Eske( built about 260 years ago) near Letterbarra. It still accommodates fairly busy road traffic for such a rural place. I know the Birdsfoot Trefoil is fairly common in Ireland around verges and stony places, and likes to "creep". I shot this in late afternoon sunlight on a gorgeous day. |
