Hi Steve,
Magnificent capture. It's very hard to give anything other than praise for a shot like this. This type of expansive landscape is perfect for the WA lens. Excellent results,

Hi Steven!
Yeah, veeeeery wide panorama. As always perfect DOF and beautifull place. This time I love white clouds on blue sky and shadows/light play. Fantastic.

yet another beautiful shot of Ireland. I like the path off centered leading you into the picture and the grey grad filter has toned the brigh clouds down nicely.
Keep working on that large post I would love to see it...

Hi Stephen,
This is really a very stunning image. Especially the lighting in this photo is beautiful. Your high POV gives me the feeling as if you could almost touch the clouds. The pathway in the front is beautifully positioned and let met go onto the peninsula and onward toward the cliffs. Let me know when you upload the LP, becuase I would love to see it.
TFS,
Niek
BTW, I see you use the Cokin system, is this system wide enough not to have the edges blocking your view (vignetting). I saw on their side they have a new adapter for wide angle, but this down to 20mm. I am thinking of switching to Cokin, but want to be sure I can use it for my 10-20mm lens. Any advise?

Well I am sure Joanna is quite lovely but you are correct...I can't find her! This is a spectacular panoramic vista, Stephen, with your signature foreground light. I like everything about this shot!

Wonderful image. I really like your control of light here. With the 10mm this must be quite a wide panorama! Too bad about the large version, though.
Mike
P.S. Thanks for sharing your tips on the Cokin stuff at WA, too. I found it very useful.

Hi Stephen,
I like the panoramic view to this scene.
I enjoy viewing your country through your perspective behind the lens. You draw us in the beauty of the lanscapes which you capture so well. Again, I keep commenting on this, your tonal values are well exposed. You have an eye for the mid tones as with the dark and light areas and you are able to balance these, which, on digital cameras are very hard to do.
Your images are a clinic and educational. Plus, I'm a landscape freak as well. Thanks for posting "Nature"
Hey, I'm not kissing butt, ;) sometimes, people need to be encouraged, I hope this was the right time.
Keep up the excellent work, my friend.
Your work is an inspiration to me. Thanks.
