Hi Stephen,
Indeed a strange looking rock, and very well captured by you.
Great details, beautiful colours and sharpness and I like the depth here very much. I also took a closer look at your WS and it's amazing.
Thanks for sharing.
Greetings, Nel

Hello Steve,
I could go on about the elements of composition & the technical aspects that makes this one outstanding..
Suffice to say I'm taking notes ;)
Excellent presentation with the WS addition,
Very well done and a pleasure to view.

Unusual landscape, hardly to imagine an Ireland like this, the only reminder would be perhaps the smaller green patch on center right. Looks rather like a sub-Saharan region type landscape. A good reminder "to think outside the box" and not always expect a cliche.

Hello Stephen,
These rocks and the sky are splendid. Beautiful contrasts and perfect crop. I like much.

Wonderful shots, you can really see the great stresses the land has been subjected to. The rock really must have been folded to produce this vertical arrangement. I like the close up shot as it allows you to see the granite in more detail. Nice pink tones in the rock (from the Orthoclase feldspar in the granite I assume). Excellent textures. Great sky, colours, light and composition

Seems to me that you have mastered that lens! Canon should hire you to promote it! I LOVE your photos and learn so much from your work!

Hi Steve,
To really stunning photos of this beautiful shaped piece of granite. The UWA lens gave it a lot of depth and beautiful details throughout the scene. I really like the angles in both rock and sky. Great clarity and colors.

Awesome Stephen. I love how the foreground rock formation makes takes the eye up to those magnificent clouds. NBrilliant work. Thank you my friend!
