Burren Flowers: A dandelion flower on the Burren, near Ballyvaughan in county Clare. Tried to frame the flower against the dark background under the rock. Ireland is almost covered in dandelion flowers at this time of year, most of them yellow. Unfortunately, the dandelion often goes by a nickname which I will not mention here ;-)

Hi Tim,
I really like the composition of this one.The stark stone and rock in the background and then this small sign of life and beauty. You have got the focus just right by blurring the background.Good detail and colour. You have some nice work.
Regards, David
Hi Tim,
Another great photo with a perfect DOF. Color and sharpnees or very good. The only pitty is the washed out sky, which is grabbing some attention away from the subject. I would have croped the sky of the photo.

Niek

Hi Tim,
Nice shot here, I like the POV looking up the face of the rock like that. Good use of a shallow DOF, a very nice shot. Originally I thought I would have cropped the bright sky off but the more I look at it the more I think I'd leave it as is.
Cheers,
Adrian
