A shot of one of the most common Irish Wildflowers, the Dandelion. I posted another Dandelion a few days ago, also from the Burren, in county Clare. The Burren is a karst limestone landscape, quite unlike anything else in Ireland. The weathered rocks provide small amounts of soil and shelter, from which a variety of plants make their appearance each spring.
PP: sharpened with unsharp mask, framed.

Nice picture ! I love composition and POV very much here, as well the nice details and the colors. You have done well with this flower on one side and this grass on the other side, it's very beautiful.
Valérie.
Hi Tim,
Excellent photo with very good detail and color. POV and DOF are spot on, with even good sharpness in grass.

Niek
Life always finds a way. Great photograph Tim!
The contrasting colors, the gray/blue rocks and the rich yellow color of the flower really works for me! Nice DOF and POV!

Hi Tim,
so shortly after winter even a dandilion seems lovely. Well the way you captured it for sure. Nice POV and good sharpness. Well presented in this nice frame.
