Hello Stephen,
The details are nice, clear and sharp.
Good lighting and exposure. I really like the moody sky in this shot.
Well composed and well framed.
Thanks for posting, have a great week my friend.

When I saw the title I was especting the dolman with the horizontal rock on top that you've shot before. B ut then my eye got caught in the sky. I'm not sure what the color looked like but that sky is incredibly engaging in B&W. I could just keep staring off into the sky.

Hi Stephen,
A creative effort. I like the mood and the sky. Great use of B&W here. The only part I'm not sure about is how the rock formation seems to be 'glowing'. It gives a slightly over processed feeling. Just my opinion. But others a great shot and composition.
TFS!

Hi Steve,
The B/W treatment gave this photo a very dramatic look. I like the shape of the limestone pillar. Great contrast and control on the eposure.

Hi Stephen,
I visited the place two years ago, impressive indeed. Good illustration of its mood on you "ansel-adams-like" photo :-)
Great job!
Best greetings,
Michal

This is a wonderful subject for a B & W shot, Stephen. You do find such interesting subjects! On my monitor it looks as if it could use just a touch more value differentiation in the mid to light tones...so that the great stone looks a little more three dimensional???? It also looks a tad soft to me but knowing you I assume all was intentional! (just a very humble opinion on the master's work )

Great rocks, they look very impressive in B&W (like sculptures). Wonderful sky and composition. Nice POV as well

Hi Stephen,
I love this picture. The sky is just great and composition is very good (maybe the crop in the top is a little too tight?). Well done & TFS!
Regards,
Pieter
