[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is another of my holiday snaps showing a Fulmar chick trying out its wings ready for the ocean flights. It kept flying towards the cliff that I was stood on, disappeared out of sight below me and then drifted up on the breeze. This time it was in front of me and I managed to get the picture.
Camera Settings:- ISO 100, AV, Spot metering, Manual White balance (cloud), Auto exposure, 280mm focal length, 1.4 x converter, Hand held.

Hi Peter, I don't know how I missed this shot - it's a wonderful catch. Great moment and the details of the delicate feathers on the chick are wonderful. Nice and sharp with great focus and exosure just right for the white and grey feathers. Great work.
