[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I spent around 2 hours photographing this hiding ladybird.
The light was perfect (grey sky all around) and no breeze (rare in Ireland), so the conditions were good. I only had to cope with the shadow, where the ladybird was sitting. I used a reflector (it sounds great - reflector - it was a sheet of paper actually) to brighten up the shadows.
I did dozens of images on this occasion, but this one is my favorite.

Shutter Speed: 1/30 sec
ISO: 100
Other: tripod, spirit level, cable release, mirror lock-up, reflector.

Hi Juraj,

Good macro work that worth all the effort.
Sharp focus with a nice composition with and pleasant background. I like if you could tweak the color of the ladybird to be more bright and saturated.

Great job for this picture. The focus on the ladybird is very good. The DOF and the BG are very pleasant too. I like the composition (1/3-2/3) of this picture.

Je ne sais pas si je n'aurais pas gardé que les deux premières fleurs pour donner un peu plus la vedette à cette coccinelle.
