aesthetically delightful, inspiring presentation. I really enjoy the pale greens in contrast to the bright red hues of that firebug's nymph, the dynamical assymmetrical composition that allows plenty of free space in front, the rich details in the centre. Thank you!

An excellent macro of this firebug and the flower bud.

The wide DOF from the f/16 aperture ensured some lovely details of the insect. That BG has just one word to describe it and that is "SUPERB". The colour saturation is immensely pleasing to the eye yet it still remained natural and well balanced. The composition is maybe one aspect that is open for variation, but it is a matter of personal opinion as I am sure you will agree that one could probably try a number of different configurations and possibly any number of those would work well in this case. Nothing wrong with this specific cropping and arrangement though. You made excellent use of the fill-in flash to provide brilliant lighting on the subject.
