I don't know the denomination of this isect, but is marvellous with his red and green colours.

- family: Chrysomelidae

Focus and sharpness are good. The POV was not ideal and it is why you cannot crop your picture in a beter way. As far I am concerned, I do not like too large framing.

la tua bella foto mostra una Chrysolina grossa (Coleoptera, Chrysomelidae).

I caratteri che la distinguono sono:

1. Pronoto verde metallico o blu.
2. Elitre rosso-brune.
3. Orli laterali del pronoto elevati a cercine e delimitati da un solco completo e nettamente impresso. Punteggiatura del pronoto molto fine e sparsa.
4. Elitre con una punteggiatura ben impressa, coi punti formanti linee pił o meno regolari, specialmente in prossimitą della sutura.
