This is an unusual view of a "carpet" of Crocus Albiflorus, from this flower we can have the saffron (not ginger sorry I'm confused!)
This plant usually grow up when the snow is still present and is the first spring flower. |

Do you mean ginger or red saffron? In Turkey we obtain red saffron from crocus sativus.
