Helichrysum bacteatum (Strawflower) was introduced from Australia to England in 1799, and has been since treasured for its everlasting flowers that are ideal for dried arrangements. A half-hardy annual that withstands light frosts, Strawflower grows to five feet in a sunny garden site. These seeds contain a mixture of yellow, orange, white, and purple flowers, which are also handsome in the summer border. Sow seed after the last frost in spring.
Elicriso lucido, fior di carta - Questo genere comprende numerosissime specie originarie dell'Asia e dell'Africa, possono essere perenni, annuali o arbusti di medie dimensioni.
