Ophrys morisii is endemic to Corsica and Sardinia. It is quite slender bearing large flowers in a rather loose spike.
White to pink sepals display a central green stripe. Petals are darker than sepals and the practically oval lip shows a well visible appendix and a diversely shaped mirror.
Flowering season is quite long, lasting from March to May |

Such a delicate beauty. I just can't believe how many different types of orchids there are. I had no idea. I'm learning so much from your collection.
